The completion of the Legionella Risk Assessment and implementation of the water management regime is an integral part of any programme to ensure water quality within a building. Of equal importance is the need to audit the management system to determine if the monitoring programme is being correctly implemented.
APC can provide independent verification that a client and their chosen service partners are fulfilling their responsibilities, with regard to the water management regime. At a frequency determined by the Legionella risk assessment (typically quarterly or six monthly), we would attend site to review all elements of documentation against an annual programme of tests and inspections for the water systems.
